We offer our community building in Fountain City Park for private rentals, pursuant to the terms and conditions shown on the “Rentals” page.

Every year we schedule public events inside the Fountain City Park as shown on the “Events” page; tickets to our fund-raising events, such as community meals in our building, may be purchased online through the “Events” page.

For over 80 years, Lions Clubs have brought civic-minded people together to improve their communities support youth programs and have worked to eliminate preventable blindness.
The Fountain City Lions Club was chartered on February 5, 1942 as a working service club that raises funds in the hopes of making a higher quality of life for the people we serve.

Programs
We support a number of charitable programs in Fountain City, in Knoxville and beyond, including the following:
The Smoky Mountain Lions Charities Vision Clinic, the Mission of Hope, the Fountain City Ministry Center, scholarships for graduating Central High School students, and we hope to support more as our membership increases.
We also prepare and serve occasional meals for the Fountain City community for fellowship connection and fund raising. We also make our building, located in Fountain City Park, available for private rentals.
Become a Lions Club Member
We are on the lookout for new members, and invite anyone interested to attend a meeting, or to call upon a current member. We usually meet in our building on the first and third Mondays of the month, and try to serve a meal, at cost, at the third Monday meeting.
